الشروط العامة :

– جميع الخدمات التي نقدمها تستخدم للأغراض المشروعة فقط.
– يحظر نقل أو تخزين أو تقديم أي بيانات أو معلومات لمواد لا تخص لعبة ماين كرافت او تنتهك حرمة الشريعة الإسلامية أو القوانين والأعراف المتفق عليها.
– عندما تقوم بالتسجيل في موقعنا، فإن جميع معلوماتك الشخصية والمالية تكون مشفرة ومحفوظة بشكل سري تماماً، وغير متاح لأي شخصٍ كان من غير موظفي الموقع الاطلاع عليها إلا عندما تطلب أنت ذلك بنفسك.
– لا يحق للعميل التجريح او التشهير بالموقع او ب SsEluxX، وفي حاله حدوث هذا نحتفظ بحق فسخ العقد مع العميل ورفض تقديم خدمات مستقبليه بدون اي مسئوليه قانونيه.
– جميع المبالغ المدفوعة هي بدل خدمات وهي غير مستردة أو قابله لتسديد خدمات اخرى.
– يحق لنا إيقاف الخدمة مؤقتا في حال تأخر العميل عن تسديد الفاتورة المستحقة ولا يتم إعادة الخدمة إلا بتسديد الفاتورة.
– يحق لنا إلغاء الخدمة وحذف جميع البيانات والنسخ الاحتياطية في حال تأخر العميل عن تسديد الفاتورة المستحقة . ولا يحق للعميل المطالبة بأي بيانات من الخدمة بعد ذلك.
– لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي ضرر لسيرفرات العملاء قد حدث نتيجة اهمال العميل نفسه لمعلومات الخادم أو العبث بإعداداته.
– خدمة الدعم الفني لا تشمل أي شيء خاص باعداد البلقنات او المودات او اعدادت الخدمة , إنما السيرفر نفسه.
– في حال تم اختراق سيرفر العميل , ليست مسؤوليتنا حل مشكلة الاختراق أو تحديد أسبابه إلا إذا كان الاختراق من الخادم نفسه .
– استهلاك موارد الخادم اكثر من الحد المسموح به يعرض السيرفر للإغلاق و محاولة اختراق او الاضرار بالخادم وسيرفرات العملاء تعرضك للمسائلة القانونية.
– نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي تعامل تجاري خارج نظام الدعم الخاص بنا مع أي شخص كان وتحت اي ظروف.
– إن أي محاولة للتسلل إلى خادماتنا أو إحدى سيرفرات العملاء الخاصين بنا عن طريق سيرفريك، سيؤدي ذلك إلى شطب حسابك نهائياً مع عدم استرداد أي من مستحقاتك. وقد يؤول الأمر إلى المقاضاة كذلك.
– نحتفظ بالحق في رفض او إنهاء أو إلغاء أي تعاقد، بناء على تقديرنا الخاص.
– نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث هياكل التسعير لدينا مع أو بدون إشعار مسبق للعملاء. التحديثات قد تؤثر على الخدمات المفعلة، ويجب على العملاء قبول الهيكل الجديد او الغاء الخدمة/ات.
– العميل مسؤول عن الاضافات – العوالم الخاصة بالسيرفر و لا نقدم دعم فني لها.
–اذا اشتريت Cape ماين كرافت سيتم نقل ال Cape بأسم حسابك في ماين كرافت .
–ا نتحمل المسؤولية اذا العميل قام باعطائنا اسم حساب ماين كرافت خاطئ بعد شراء Cape .
– اذا اشتريت حساب ماين كرافت سنعطيك ايميل و كلمة مرور لحساب اصلي في ماين كرافت وتستطيع تغير الايميل وكلمة المرور و اسم المستخدم بدون اسألة امان .
– اذا اشتريت عبر بطاقة سوا / اسيا سيتم الرد عليك خلال 48 ساعة للتاكد من صحة البطاقة .

شروط تحويل بطاقات الشحن الى باي بال:
– ضريبة الباي بال يتحملها العميل.
– لا يمكنك استرجاع المبلغ المدفوع.
– العميل مسؤول عن صحة ايميل حساب الباي بال.
– تسليم الرصيد لا يتم بشكل فوري ويستغرق حتى 24 ساعة.

شروط سيرفرات التيم سبيك:
– لا يمكن للعميل الحصول على رتبة Admin Server Query.
– لا يمكن للعميل رفع Snapshot على السيرفر.
– العميل مسؤول عن الغرف – الصلاحيات الخاصة بالسيرفر ولا نقدم دعم فني لها.

سياسة استرجاع الاموال:
– لا نستطيع استرجاع اموالك او تقديم تعويض اذا مر على الطلب اكثر من 24 ساعة.
– اذا طلبت سيرفر لا تستطيع طلب استرجاع اموالك بعد وصول معلومات السيرفر لك.
– اذا طلبت حساب لا تستطيع طلب استرجاع اموالك بعد وصول معلومات الحساب لك.
– اذا طلبت كيب اوبتي فاين لا تستطيع طلب استرجاع اموالك بعد تحويل الكيب باسمك.

سياسة التوصيل:
يتم توصيل الطلب خلال 24 ساعة.

– باستخدام موقعنا على الانترنت أو الاستفادة من أحد خدماتها، تعني أنك موافق على الشروط هنا وأيضا شروط رخصة اتفاقية المستخدم النهائي لماين كرافت.

– يحق لنا التعديل على شروط الاتفاقية في أي وقت بدون أي مسؤولية حتى مع عدم إخطار عملائنا الحاليين.

Privacy Policy :

– The customer is not entitled to defame the site or defame to SsEluxX, and in the event of this occurrence we reserve the right to terminate the contract with the customer and refused to provide future services without any legal liability.
– All payments are service charges which are not refundable or reimbursable for other services.
– We are entitled to suspend the service temporarily if the customer is late to pay the bill due and the service is returned only by paying the bill.
– We are entitled to cancel the service and delete all data and backup copies in the event of delay of the customer to pay the bill due. Customer may not claim any data from the Service thereafter.
– We do not take any responsibility for any damage to client servers that may have occurred as a result of the customer’s negligence or tampering with the server’s information.
– The technical support service does not include anything related to the preparation the plugins or mods of the server, but the server itself.
– If the client server is compromised, it is not our responsibility to resolve the hacking issue or determine its causes unless the hacker is from the server itself .
–Server resource consumption over the limit expose the server to close and Attempting to hack or damage server and client servers will expose you to legal liability.
– We are not responsible for any commercial transaction outside our support system with anyone under any circumstances.
– Any attempt to infiltrate our servers or one of our client servers via your server will result in your account being permanently deleted and none of your receivables will be refunded. It may also you be prosecuted.
– We reserve the right to refuse, terminate or cancel any contract, at our sole discretion.
– We reserve the right to update our pricing structures with or without prior notice to customers. Updates may affect the active services, and customers must accept the new structure or cancel the service (s).
– Customer is responsible for the add ons – worlds of the server and we do not provide technical support.

– If you bought Minecraft Cape, the Cape will be transferred to your minecraft account .
– We do not take responsibility if the customer gives us wrong minecraft user name.
– If you purchase an minecraft account, we will give you an email and password for the account and you can change it to your email, password and username without any security questions .
– If you buy via Sawa / Asia card, you will be answered within 48 hours to confirm the validity of the card .

converting to Paypal Terms :
– Paypal tax is borne by the customer.
– You cannot get a refund.
– The customer is responsible for the validity of the Paypal account email.
– Balance delivery is not immediate and takes up to 24 hours.

Teamspeak servers Terms :
– The client can not get the Admin Server Query rank.
– The client can not upload Snapshot on the server.
– Customer is responsible for the rooms – the permissions of the server and we do not provide technical support for them.

Refund Policy :
– We can not refund your money or Offer a replacement if more than 24 hours have passed.
– If you request a server you can not request a refund your money after we sent your server information.
– If you request an account you can not request a refund your money after we sent your account information.
– If you request a cape you can not request a refund your money after we sent your cape information.

Delivery Policy :
The order will be delivered within 24 hours

– By using our website or using one of its services, you agree to the terms here as well as the terms of the End User License Agreement for minecraft.

– We are entitled to edit the terms at any time without any responsibility even without notifying our current customers.
